pepemundo.com does not use cookies, analytics or third-party trackers. Fonts and images are served from our own domain.

Like any website, our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., processes technical data such as IP addresses and browser information in server logs, only to deliver the site and protect it against abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (GDPR art. 6.1.f). Vercel acts as our data processor and may process this data outside the EEA under the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

DeskTiles is sold only through the Apple App Store. No purchases are made on this website. Apple processes payments; we never receive or store card numbers or billing details. Refunds are handled by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com.

DeskTiles has its own privacy policy at desktiles.app.

If you email us, we receive your address and message. We use them only to reply to you and keep them while the conversation is relevant. Legal basis: your request and our legitimate interest in answering it (GDPR art. 6.1.b and 6.1.f). Our email is hosted by Google Workspace, which acts as our data processor. We do not add you to any mailing list or share your email with anyone else.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. A single email to hello@pepemundo.com is enough to exercise any of them. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will update the date at the top of this page.
